05 / Trading terms and logistics

What you can expect, stated up front.

No prices here. Everything else that decides whether we are worth a call.

Where we hold stock

Bonded warehouses in the Netherlands, France and Latvia.

We move position depending on where the parcels are and where the demand is, so which location serves a given deal varies. All three are bonded, so stock is held under duty suspension and released in whichever direction you need.

Duty status and delivery routes

In bond. The route most of our buyers take. Goods move under duty suspension on EMCS to your tax warehouse, and you settle duty when you release to your own customers. Requires authorised warehousekeeper or registered consignee status in your country.

Ex-works. You collect from the bonded warehouse. Lowest cost, you control the movement.

Duty paid. We dispatch as certified consignor to your certified consignee registration in the destination member state. Duty falls due there and is settled there. Less common in wholesale, available where you need it.

Export. Outside the EU, with export documentation completed on our side.

Transport is arranged on request or handled by you. It is priced separately from the goods so you can always see what you are paying for what.

Verification before dispatch

Whichever route applies, we verify your excise authorisation before goods move. Where a movement requires registration on your side and it is not in place, we tell you before anything is committed rather than after the truck has left.

If you are moving duty paid rather than in bond and do not hold certified consignee registration, most member states issue a temporary registration covering a single consignment. Relevant if you are entering a new market for the first time.

Registration in your own country is yours to hold. The dispatch side is ours.

Commercial terms

Payment terms. Prepayment, as is standard in this trade.

Minimum order. One pallet. At that size the consignment shares transport with others, so the timing is not solely yours. If you want full control of the movement, think in truck loads or container quantities.

Currencies. EUR and USD.

Quote turnaround. Within 24 business hours of a complete brief.

Quote validity. Five business days. Parcels move, so a quote holds for that period and is requoted after it.

Incoterms. Agreed per movement rather than published. Transport is priced separately from the goods and settled with the quote.

Volumes

Multi-case parcels. Full pallets. Container quantities. Limited allocations where a parcel is small and will not repeat.

Where your volume falls short of container economics, ask about consolidation. Combining your order with others into a full movement is how you reach a price your own volume would not.

What we will not do

We do not publish live stock. Availability changes weekly and a public list would misprice and mislead.

We do not quote a price we cannot hold. If a parcel is moving we say so rather than confirming an offer that has gone.

We do not dispatch to an unverified counterparty. That protects you as much as us.

What to have ready

It is not a qualification test. It is what lets us come back with something real instead of a question.

If you are unsure which route applies, say so. It is quicker to establish on a call than to guess at.
