Wholesale volumes, at a price your market can carry.
AWG sources wine and spirits for wholesalers, importers and distributors across Europe. We hold bonded stock in the Netherlands, France and Latvia, and we buy at origin so the local importer's margin is not in your cost.
Wholesale to wholesale
You buy to resell. That means our price has to be good enough that you still beat the appointed importer in your own market after your margin goes on top.
That is the whole business. Everything below is how we do it.
Why the price works
We buy at origin. Direct, not through the appointed importer in your market. Their margin is not in your cost, which is what leaves room for yours.
We consolidate. Orders from several buyers combine into full container movements. You reach container economics on a volume you could not fill alone.
We place surplus and clearance parcels. Producers and stockholders come to us with volume that has to move. Finite, priced accordingly, and suited to an opportunity slot rather than a permanent list.
The first two repeat. The third does not, and we tell you which one you are looking at.
Stock we hold, not stock we hope to find
Bonded warehouses in the Netherlands, France and Latvia. For most Western European buyers that is a shorter and cheaper movement than anything dispatched from the Baltics.
We do not publish live availability. It turns over weekly and a public list would be wrong before you read it. Tell us the category, market and volume and we come back with what we can actually place.
In bond, duty paid or ex-works
Most of our buyers take goods in bond and settle duty on release to their own customers. We also dispatch duty paid, ex-works for collection, and export outside the EU.
Documentation is completed on our side, and we verify your excise authorisation before anything moves.
Have stock to move?
Producers, brand owners and distributors exiting a market place volume with us discreetly. We give you a route or a straight no, quickly.
What working with us is like
- One named person from first enquiry through to dispatch
- A firm quote within 24 business hours of a complete brief
- Every offer stating product, origin, quantity, duty status, logistics position and terms
- Your excise authorisation verified before dispatch
We are not a large company. That is why the person who answers the phone can commit price, quantity and date on the call.
